Effective from 6 November 2020, foreign passengers taking flights to China departing from Syria are required to apply for the "Health Declaration Certificate" online. Foreign passengers can log in to the website https://hrhk.cs.mfa.gov.cn/H5/ through computers or mobile phones, and fill in the information online, declare the health status, upload the negative PCR and IgM test certificates and other materials .After the Chinese Embassy in Syria passes the review, the "Health Declare Certificate" (electronic version) will be issued through this website. The "Health Declare Certificate" (electronic version) will be displayed in the form of a QR code with "HDC" logo. Upon boarding, foreign passengers must present the electronic version or the printed version for verification by the airlines company.

Brief instructions for online handling of the Health Declaration

1. Foreign passengers can log in to the website: https://hrhk.cs.mfa.gov.cn/H5/ ,Or use your mobile phone to scan the following QR code to enter the login interface (see the picture below).

2.Use the email address for account registration, login, and password retrieval.

3.Fill in information ,submit the negative PCR and IgM test certificates and other materials.If the certificates are eligible, you will receive a Health Declaration Code with the logo "HDC".
